In 2023, the real Genie found his way to OTTO and is working now as our wish-fulfiller. Together we are now pursuing a goal: Fulfil your wishes!
How this came about and how Genie found his way to us is told in the following story...
in Fridolfing in beautiful Upper Bavaria near the Austrian border. To be able to cover the constantly increasing space requirements, OTTO started sorting out and rearranging the archive and the cellars. In the 140-year history of the company, quite a lot has accumulated.
some employees suddenly made an unusual discovery: in an old leather suitcase, they found a cartridge that looked completely different from anything they were used to at OTTO. Even the longest-serving employees could not remember that a sealant or adhesive cartridge had ever looked like this.
they unceremoniously took the cartridge, put it in a gun and started spraying out the contents. At first nothing happened, but then all of a sudden blue mist started to come out of the cartridge. Faster and faster, the cloud hissed upwards, containing an ever-growing figure. The people at OTTO could hardly believe their eyes. In front of them stood the real Genie!
Now I can work with professionals and support them in fulfilling their clients' wishes. Whether it's an even more unlimited variety of colours, a comprehensive service package or outstanding product quality - no customer wishes should remain unfulfilled". Rarely has Genie been so happy about his new master. Because Aat OTTO, the needs of the customers have always been a top priority and so now we they are both pursuing a common goal: Fulfilling wishes.
