Our Code of Conduct
"Be on the day with pleasure at your businesses, but make only those that you can sleep soundly at night.“
Basic principle of trading house Buddenbrook, one of the most famous family businesses in Germany, described by Thomas Mann
We intend to make our business and strategic objectives commensurate with the generally accepted moral and social principles.
The attitude and behaviour of each and every OTTO employee forms part of the image and appreciation of our company by customers, business partners and the public, all of whom expect OTTO to act in a responsible and legal manner in all respects.
This code of conduct provides a set of guidelines to assist us in meeting this responsibility. The guidelines also represent a pledge to our customers, suppliers, partners, competitors and the general public.
