We have incorporated sustainability and thus the implementation of the sustainability strategy into all of our processes using our integrated management system and an organisation structure with clearly defined responsibilities.
Environmental management - according to ISO 14001
Our goal is not only to achieve quantitative success, but also to have qualitative success in harmony with the environment:

Occupational health and safety management - "Systematic safety seal of approval" BG certified
- Proof of compliance with the requirements for systematic and effective occupational health and safety
- The effectiveness of the AMS was assessed on the basis of the German ‘National Guidelines for AMS’ (NLF) and the "Guidelines on occupational safety and health management systems" (ILO-OSH 2001) of the International Labour Organisation.
Innovation management

Energy management - based on ISO 50001
- Continuous process to save energy
- Establishment and continuous development of an energy management system according to the ISO standard
- Systematic recording, evaluation and optimisation of the energy flows (energy sources, use of energy and energy consumers)
- Establishment of an energy team with a focus on prioritisation, initiation of measures and employee awareness
- Continuous process to save energy - 3rd energy audit already carried out with independent experts
