The guideline of OTTO’s activities is, in one word, quality. Our focus on achieving a high standard and a consistent quality of our products and services have given us market leadership in many sectors.
The initial certification of our quality management system in compliance with ISO 9001 in December 1996 was a logical consequence.
Based upon our commitment to a high quality in our daily work and continous improvements of all processes an integrated management system was introduced in 2002 which fulfils all the requirements of ISO 9001.
Our integrated QM includes quality, environment and occupational safety, and attributes the same degree of importance to all three of them.
