In addition to a core range of recurring applications for our customers, which is available from stock, we work with you to develop customised product solutions for your application.
As a solution provider, we also ensure the long-term production of smaller batches of individually formulated sealants and adhesives. The minimum quantity for an individual batch is 20 litres. For larger quantities, we offer batch sizes of up to 800 litres. Whether a cartridge or foil bag, 20 l hobbock or 200 l drum - we adapt entirely to meet your needs when it comes to the form of packaging and the container size.
Compliance with human rights and environmental due diligence obligations is very important to us at OTTO. In future, we will combine all our sustainability endeavours under the three pillars ‘Processes’, ‘Society’ and ‘Environment’ of the OTTO sustainability strategy.
In order to fulfil the demands placed on our production in terms of capacity and quality, we at OTTO are constantly investing in the expansion and improvement of our production facilities. Our new plant at the Kaltenbrunn site was put into operation in 2020. The fully automated production line was specially developed for our plant and is the most modern of its kind - from emptying the tankers with the help of pumps to the mixer for compounding and the fully automated filling line, at the end of which a robot tirelessly stacks box after box on pallets. And in the future, we will continue to focus on implementing state-of-the-art production technologies in order to support you as a reliable partner for the demand-oriented production of sealants and adhesives.

A safe future for polyurethane products: Since 24 August 2023, appropriate training must be provided prior to the industrial or commercial use of PU foams and PU adhesives. Together with the members of the European Adhesives and Sealants Industry Council (FEICA), we are committed to the safe use of PU products.
Which sealant or adhesive is best suited to your task? Our application advisors will work with you to define your requirements and help you find exactly the right product from our range.
Are you planning a new product? The sooner you talk to us, the better we can respond to your ideas. And perhaps even optimise your product idea in terms of design or cost. We would be happy to provide you with seals and adhesives as samples for prototype testing.
