Quick and reliable – The delivery options at OTTO

It is a major concern that our customers receive their goods reliably and quickly. That is why we organize the best possible shipment of your order for you with a package service or shipping company. In addition to extensive standard services, we also offer special delivery options, such as express delivery or construction site delivery.

Our standard delivery options

  • 98% of all orders* we receive by 10:00 am are still sent out on the same day
  • You can always check the delivery status of your package service shipment by using the shipping number from your shipping notification.

Express & scheduled delivery

We’ll take care of your express & scheduled delivery.*
Depending on the weight, service provider, delivery location and delivery time, the incurred costs can vary greatly. We clarify the costs incurred for you in advance so that you always have absolute cost certainty.

Delivery with a fixed date within Germany

Give us at least 48 hours of lead time and we will organise
the delivery for you with a fixed date. In cases of exception, additional delivery costs may be incurred by you.

Agree on a delivery with a fixed date

Delivery to shipping company’s warehouse or DHL packaging station / DHL branch in Germany

A construction site delivery isn't possible? Then the necessary goods can be delivered to the shipping company’s destination stations in the nearest city or to a address you specify.

Pick-up

Do you want to take care of transporting your delivery yourself? We will prepare the pick-up at our plant in Fridolfing for you or in our Dachser off-premises warehouse in Bad Salzuflen.
