We produce high-quality “made in Germany” sealants and adhesives at our production location in Fridolfing, Upper Bavaria. We see ourselves as a compounder: We develop recipes and refine the optimally suited raw materials into the highest quality products. Our most important criterion is the needs of our customers. That is why we also produce individual products with a large variety of colours and in very different container sizes.
Different sealants and adhesives are always produced in individual batches. This is the only way to ensure the quick, demand-oriented, highly flexible and reliable production or delivery. Each batch is produced using the latest production facilities and digital technologies. The scope of our batches ranges from 10 cartridges to entire Euro pallets with up to 2,800 cartridges.
We also offer different container sizes: Tubes and bags, double cartridges or entire drums, hobbocks and 1,000 litre containers. This unique “on demand” production not only allows us to meet the individual needs of our customers and sales partners, but it also allows us to easily fulfil even larger order amounts and short notice orders within the shortest period of time.
Our wide range of products is matched by an almost limitless colour variety, for example, for joint sealants. Whether the colour of the joint should contrast or be in harmony with the environment, our colour palette is big enough to meet virtually any customer request. And if this colour selection isn't sufficient - that’s no problem either: we are happy to produce your own custom colour.
To be able to meet the demands place on our production with regard to capacity and quality, we at OTTO continuously invest in expanding and improving our production facilities. For example, our new plant at the Kaltenbrunn location was put into operation in 2020. The fully automatic production line was developed specifically for our plant and is the most modern of its kind – starting from draining the tankers using pumps, to the mixer for compounding, to the fully automatic filling line, at the end of which a robot stacks box after box onto pallets without tiring. In future too we will continue to rely on the implementation of the latest production technologies to be a reliable partner for you for the demand-oriented production of sealants and adhesives.
