The film adhesive OTTOCOLL® A 270 was developed specifically for the permanent bonding of air-tight strips as vapour retarders. The adhesive is highly adhesive and can be worked without pressure slats. It is also low-odour and solvent-free.Fields of application
- For connecting air-tight strips according to DIN 4108 - 7 without pressure slats or profiles
- Not suitable for sauna and swimming pools
Characteristics
- Durable adhesive properties - Removable / correctable
- Highly adhesive - No fixation required
- Can be processed at temperatures down to -10°C
- Solvent-free
- Low odour - No odour nuisance
- Resistant to aging - For long-lasting indoor applications
- Frost-resistant - Can be stored and transported in temperatures as low as -10 °C for up to 48 hours
Standards and tests
- According to the requirements of DIN 4108 – 11
- Meets the requirements for fire behavior according to EN 13501: Class E
- French VOC-emission class A+
- Suitable for applications according to IVD instruction sheet no. 12+19-2+31+35 (IVD = German industry association sealants)
