The painters’ acrylic OTTOSEAL® A 210 is ideal for all connection joints indoors on walls and ceilings, such as between a wall and door frame or above baseboards. The elastic sealant is paintable with commercial dispersion paints and does not yellow or turn grey.Fields of application
- Sealing of connection joints in the base, wall and ceiling areas, such as on window sills and shutter casings
Characteristics
- 10% permissible movement capability as per ISO 9046 (manufacturer’s test)
- Can be painted and varnished – please observe application instruction in Technical Data Sheet
- No yellowing/greying
- Compatible with coatings according to DIN 52452 - No interaction with existing and adjacent coatings
- Frost-resistant - Can be stored and transported in temperatures as low as -10 °C for up to 48 hours
Standards and tests
- Tested according to EN 15651 – Part 1: F EXT-INT 7.5 P
- Tested fire behaviour in accordance with EN 13501: class E
- French VOC-emission class A+
- Suitable for applications according to IVD instruction sheet no. 12+20+29+31+32+35 (IVD = German industry association sealants)
