The correct joint geometry is crucial. Only a joint that is precisely adapted to the glass rebate ensures adhesion and elasticity. Ensure the correct depth and width to avoid adhesion problems. Errors such as joints that are too thin or uneven not only impair the appearance, but also the service life.
For a perfect finish, mix the OTTO Smoothing Agent with water in a ratio of 2:1. Moisten the smoothing tool with the mixture – repeat this step during smoothing if necessary.
