Awards and Honours

EcoVadis evaluates our sustainability practices

EcoVadis is the globally recognised Standard for sustainability ratings. The rating model comprises 21 criteria in four areas: environment, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement. We have participated annually since 2023: 2023 and 2024 we were awarded Silver, 2025 we received Gold. This puts us among the top 5% of more than 150,000 companies rated worldwide.

These sustainability ratings are based on international standards such as the ten principles of the UN Global Compact, the conventions of the International Labour Organisation (ILO), the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standard and the ISO 26000 standard. They provide a fact-based analysis of performance and a practical roadmap for continuous improvement.

Ongoing efforts for out customers

Making sustainability measurable: Corporate Carbon Footprint (CCF) & Product Carbon Footprint (PCF)

As a company, we are actively committed to transparent and sustainable carbon accounting. By recording and analysing greenhouse gas emissions, we help to identify sources of emissions, exploit reduction potential and make sustainable decisions.

  • Since the beginning of 2025, we have been offering our corporate carbon footprint (CCF) Scope 1-3, which we use to record all corporate CO2 emissions along the value chain - from direct emissions (Scope 1) and purchased energy (Scope 2) to upstream and downstream emissions (Scope 3).
  • From mid-2025, we will also make the product carbon footprint (PCF) available for selected products. This will enable us to precisely calculate the CO2 emissions of individual products - from raw material extraction and production through to use and disposal.

Together, we are shaping a more climate-friendly future - transparently, measurably and effectively.
